First of all, hope you like the taste of fig. They are like eating the fig filling from a Fig Newton in a gummy. Tastes terrible til you get use to the flavor. My wife has been using this product in combination with MENO by URO and URO Powder with Collagen. My wife has been on this combination for over a month now and we all have seen a noticable difference. Her gut health has improved drastically, the mood swings are almost non-existent (she's a calm Type B anyway), minimal hot flashes even in this triple digit weather, he hair seems softer and silkier, her nails are getting stronger, skin like a baby bottom, and she tastes AMAZING. So, in my personal opinion I am a firm believer in the combination of these meds.

I first tried these when my Walmart Beauty box contained a sample. That's what the sample box is for every 3 months - to try things out! I have tried many things over the years. I noticed a difference the first day I took this gummie. My energy level felt better. My mood improved. It was really effective. After a few days I felt healthier. It seemed to also relieve a bit of my anxiety and stress. I was able to focus better. Honestly, just a good mixture. I feel one in the morning is a good dose for me. I don't find the price too expensive for what you get. I didn't feel the description was clear enough stating how many gummies are in a packet and how many packets are in the bag. They taste pretty good. I don't like taking pills so gummies are what I lean towards.

These nutritious and delicious green gummies are the perfect pack for a nutritional supplement. On a GLP-1? Having slow bowel movements and constipation? This product has been a godsend for me. The quality and taste are delightful. I only wish that the price was lower because I find myself having to have two packs per day. A bag of 28 packs only lasts a half of a month. But otherwise, if funds are not an issue, then I highly recommend this product.

The taste is okay for a multivitamin. There are only 28 count so it does not last one month. Each day is individually packaged and easy to take.

Not huge on reviews but I need to post. I am on the go so much it's hard to get the nutrients I need. For decades I was low on so many vitamins and minerals and tried everything- doctor rec/sublingual/brands etc. I've been in such a deficit for decades I thought well- there is nothing I can do. My last month blood panel revealed I was in such balance and THIS was the only thing I was doing. Because I travel so much I could not even order from their site...as soon as I got my blood work back I ordered from amazon...a little more but next day. I have NEVER posted about supplements and for the life of my life just think its smoke in mirrors...but my blood work coming back in the black for all the things I was lacking since I started this? what the what??? I hate gummies. Loathe them. These I could tolerate and I did the AG drinks which I loved...but even that I could not use with my on the go lifestyle. I have no idea HOW but will not question WHY...I'm healthier than I've ever been taking these silly gummy things. 2 of my doctors were surprised. I do need to 'cut back' on every day with them as I am now in an overage of D and B12 but these are pretty costly and I'm fine to tweak the dosage if it works. I'm beyond happy and will recommend to anyone with deficiencies under doctors care. I'd love to get all of my greens in a meal and sit down and have a life...that's not my life. I'm on the go. This was my choice and I literally cannot believe the benefits of a supplement...ever...like...I feel like I may need to retest my blood...how is this possible. It freekin' is...I get no money from this and its not freekin' cheap but being deficient then having your doc tell you you are in the black for deficiencies for decades...I never thought a supplement could actually SUPPLEMENT! So- get your doc on board - don't do it to spend your money. I'm so confident and happy with this product but know it is a very delicate balance with everyone's chemistry. I made a lot of mistakes but this one was a win and I'll be a customer forever. Grateful. Do your work/research on what you need and don't waste money on other things unless a doc advises!!! So very happy!

I take many health supplements and have for many years. I was looking for a good overall supplement for gut health that would be easy to travel with me. These fit the bill, so I took the chance. As I’ve learned to do with many supplements, I ingested these for more than 30 days and then I stopped. I noticed the difference within a couple of days of stopping. These definitely help my gut and, surprisingly, they also seem to help my energy and my cognition. Basically, this means I could tell a definite difference in those areas after I took a break from taking these. So now these are a staple in my daily diet and I’m very thankful that they come in little packages to make them very portable. I do recommend these gummies. The taste is not terrible but doesn’t really taste like candy the way that a lot of gummies do today. You know you’re taking a health supplement but it’s not exactly unpleasant taste. The size is relatively small, they’re easy to chew and be done with. So chewing these is not unpleasant, but it’s definitely not like candy. Also, I often space mine out during the day. I’ll take two or three at a time. One of my concerns about taking this product was that it would duplicate the excellent multivitamin that I’m already taking. So I worried about doubling up on multivitamin intake. My multivitamin intake had been working successfully for me for many years (as evidenced by my health response and positive medical checkups) and it was difficult for me to find a good multivitamin that actually worked for me. However, I’m glad to report that these do not seem to adversely duplicate my multivitamin - which seems weird to me, but it’s the fact. Ditto with mushroom supplements. I also take other mushroom supplements and I was concerned that these were duplicate those, but my body’s response seems to be very positive from adding this supplement to my already robust supplement regimen. I’m now on a routine purchase of this product as an ongoing health supplement that improves my health in several areas.

I had tried these before from a sample pack I bought at a local store, and they were excellent. They were fresh, tasted great, and I felt noticeably better after taking them. They even helped with some side effects I was experiencing. When I saw them on sale on Amazon, I ordered a larger package thinking I was getting the same product. Unfortunately, these are nothing like the ones I had before. They are hard, stale, and crusty, with a texture that makes them seem old or improperly stored. The quality is a huge disappointment compared to what I previously purchased. I'm not sure if this was a storage issue or an old batch, but based on my experience, I would not order them from this seller again.
