This Pilates set has overall been a really good purchase, so far. There are a couple of pros and cons that I have listed below to hopefully help someone make a decision. PROS- Sturdy, thick bands with metal clips that are easy to onto the band handles. The stitching on the bands are sewn together great, when I pulled on it and used them I didn’t see or hear any ripping happening. The foam around the band handles are thick enough to provide comfort but still allow for you to wrap your hands around it. The clips are made of metal and are easy to clip the handles onto. The whole set is easy to assemble and take apart to store away once you’re done without it taking up a lot of space. You are able to adjust the straps on the side of the Pilates bar. It comes with a “Do Not Open, Training in Progress” door tag. CONS- They don’t have the weight labeled on both ends of band and they will rub off easy. I am 5’10’’ and my biggest complaint is that the length and amount of space around the foot and band handles makes it too long to do certain exercises without making adjustments (if there was a way to adjust that part like you do a strap it would solve that problem). So, if you are on the shorter side, I wouldn’t recommend getting this set.

I love it!

I love this set. It takes no room and comes with many levels of resistance a cute door sign and the workout poster is a really big help. I also love the fact that it’s pink. It comes in a durable travel bag so you can take it from room to room or even on vacation. can see this set lasting a long time as the bands are made of a thick strong tubing. I would recommend this product and I hope this company comes out with more products.

More short straps needed because when you pull it you need to go so far until you feel that you are doing something

Quite pleased with this so far! I haven’t tried it in the door yet but I’ve tried the rest with some YouTube videos I found. I’m sure there’s better quality ones out there but this is a great starter and a great price. It’s great that a good workout can be accessible to everyone.
