As I get older, my balance isn’t what it used to be. I purchased this wobble board on Amazon to help improve my balance and strengthen my core muscles. It’s worked very well so far and it’s small enough that it doesn’t take up a lot of space in my home- it’s 17 x 13 x 3“. It’s solid wood construction and my grandchildren love to play on it as well to get their wiggles out -hold up to 350 pounds and has an anti- slip surface and a padded bottom to protect floors, reasonably priced and worth the money!

Sturdy enough for adults to stand on. Fun for kids. Great for neurodivergent sensory seekers or hyper kids cooped up for too long.

Fun balance board. Solid and sturdy. Only downside is it tears up socks.

Wish it was a little wider, but it gets the wiggles out of the kids when stuck indoors

This a great add to my home gym. Adds variety to vestibular exercises for balance.

This is just ok. It doesn’t seem to be as wide or as much tilt as the one I use at pt. But it is made well, so there’s that. (I’m also tall with size 9 shoe , but I think it’s more about the tilt. Doesn’t seem as tilty

I used a very similar board in physical therapy for balance training. I use this at home on a yoga mat to reduce the possibility of the board slipping, but it feels very secure even on hardwood floors. The top standing surface has great traction but does not hurt bare feet (feels like a skateboard surface). The board is wide enough for me to use side to side and front to back. It feels solid and secure. The high side is approximately 5 inches off of the floor when tilted. This is probably better for balance restoring physical therapy than a more aggressive workout.
