It is exactly what it says it is, a short pleated skirt. I have not noticed it being see though and the color matched what I ordered. Overall a cute sexy skirt.

Mini skirt
Very small skirt. Probably not meant for wearing out, but I got it to wear at home. It's soft and fits well. Does not leave much to the imagination. It's cute.

Used as sewing machine skirt/table skirt
Didnt get this for people, got it for my sewing machine so its a bit more stylish. Anyways if youre reading this its not long. look at the picture, i got a 4x because my sewing machine is friggin' huge foolishly thinking it was gunna be too small. IT STRETCHES SO MUCH I wrapped it around the sewing machine table after seeing that it stretched that much their provided size chart is the non stretched length, e.g. laying flat the 4x is going to be ~19 inches on one side. top lip of hem to bottom is 10". I could stretch it up to about 35 inches between both hands flat measured on one size. this was at maximum so really if you got like a low hip of 50" or less get a 2x or something, size chart is accurate enough for whatever youre doing. You do not need to size up its so stretchy its wack. material is w/e if youre using this for lingerie youre not buying it for coverage. Decent value. Sewing machine thinks it looks nice too. I sew with a bernina

Nice quality. Nice for lounging
Very nice. I like them for lounging (9" length was ideal). Thinner material than expected. I warm ironed them initially to remove wrinkles. But the pleats don't "hold". Thus the skirt will likely have to be ironed again before special outings. A thicker fabric may have held the pleats longer. I bought black. I may buy in other colors too.

poor condition; over priced
Cute costume but arrived in two bags with one pre-opened ripped bag (repackaged for this shipment?) inside the second bag that wws torn and then all inside a shipping ba. Somewhere along the life of this little skirt the item was soiled along the waist band and had a little flaw alogn wsist band where it had been abraded. I returned.Also, $23 to $30 is too much for this much cheap fabric and pattern/design. HEADS UP Alwasy refer to size charts for Asian made items. Their sizing is way different from USA. I'm a size 10, 5'7, got an XL and waist was fine but length was much shorter than anticipated from the photo online as in above butt cheeks even if worn down farther on hips sonot going to work for the costume even if it had arrived clean and in good repair. so downgrade on price, condition, packaging but maybe someone shorter would have better luck with theirs.
