I’m a caregiver for my mom who is bedridden, I tried out several different adult diapers and I think these are the best, rarely have any leaks. I would give it five stars but it takes a few days to arrive.

I have tried many brands over the last decade, and this is by far the most absorbent and leak-proof brand. Dry Idea SUPER Overnight is absorbent, comfortable, and for me, leak-proof. It has a strip of tape in back to secure it when you roll it up after use; I don't use it because I put them straight into diaper bags which keep them snug and secure. (I recommend Mom Easy from Amazon; I get them by subscription. They're sturdier than most, dispense from a box instead of a roll, and have handles you can tie them shut with.) I also tried the more-absorbent Dry Direct ULTIMATE Overnight Protection; it may absorb more than the Super, but it also has larger leg holes that can leak for me because they're too big for my legs. And they are significantly higher in the waist; I'm high-waisted for my height, but this is ridiculous: it comes 2" above my waist front and back, and just slides down to gather around my waist. And then the stiff end of the tape pokes and scratches me in the small of my back. If you are tall AND high-waisted, AND thick in the thighs I heartily recommend this version; otherwise, stick with the SUPER Overnight. They also have a daytime version that I haven't tried yet, but plan to. "Value for the money" rating? How do you put a price tag on reliably getting to the bathroom without dribbling on the floor?

Diapers are good but overpriced, frequently fluctuating $10 in price. The current size we buy fits our son well so we reluctantly pay the steep price. 4/5 on the diapers. However, the seller uses Ontrac to ship which is a 0/5. Ontrac delivers whenever they choose, without updating any shipping information. We order 1-2 weeks in advance to assure we have them when we need them. I messaged the seller and asked if they offer a different shipping method but they do not. They explained they were aware of Ontrac’s service and were looking into other providers. However, several months later they’re still using them, assuming because of the rate they get. Overall 3/5. Once he grows out of this specific size, we’ll probably go a different direction because of the cost.

Absorbent and comfortable. I sleep easy wearing these.

Great Product. Soft, feels like regular underwear

So disappointed! I believe it says it can hold up to 4 or 5 cups of water. I take care of my 85 year old cousin with Alzheimer. I use overnight depends with a guard in it. Most of the time he wakes up totally wet in clothes so thought this would be great. I even used a guard pad for extra measure. Not only was it completely soaked and so were his clothes. Darn it!
