Does what it says.
To my suprise, it actually works. Was skeptical at first but thought to give it a go. Wore it with a hoodie on top, 9 incline on treadmill with a speed of 5, and after 1 hour my jogging bottoms were soaked and water was literally dripping from my torso. Great for water weight loss and would be good for fat loss too IF you maintain water weight loss along with regular exercise and good diet. The sizes are slightly off but just get a size bigger than yours, you'll fit into it after a week of use!

Cracking product
I am seriously seriously impressed with this shirt. Thought I would give it a go to help shed a few more pounds whilst working out and boy it didn’t take long. Kept my mind off of it all through my hour long gym session this evening and it was only until I got changed that I realised how soaking wet with sweat my shorts were. I couldn’t believe it when I lifted up my top. Very impressive stuff. I would definitely buy again if I need to.PLEASE NOTE:although I imagine these need to be relatively tight fitting, go a size or two up from your usual fit. For reference I am an XL in most shirts. I went with a XXL and it just about fits (for now 😉)

Excellent product but I gave it only 3 stars because of the size misinformation on the product specification.I’m a standard UK size S or M at most. Having read the reviews, I decided to order an XL because many reviews were saying the sizing information is basically wrong. And that’s 100% correct.Despite being a max UK size M, I just about fit into this XL. I fear people who do not read the reviews will unfortunately buy the wrong size and end up ‘cutting themselves out’ of a super tight t-shirt (as one previous reviewer did).But besides that, the t-shirt itself is absolutely fantastic, and Amazon delivered the product 2 days earlier than planned which was also a big thumbs up.

Sizes incorrect
Size did not match. Bought a 3 xl & could barely get it over my head & when I did I couldn't get it off without help as it got stuck over my head & couldn't breathe. Was scary
