Provides A LOT of light!
We rent out our backyard as a private dog park and I have been needing more light on the stairs down to the yard for after-dark visits as I certainly don't want guests to injure themselves. Wow, this is the perfect solution!! It provides A LOT of light and I love that it runs on solar energy! It comes with a remote control so you can adjust the different light settings. I prefer to use the motion detector setting so that it turns on brighter as guests go down the stairs. My husband was able to mount it to a pole so it illuminates a large area over the stairs and into the yard. It appears to be sturdy, well-made and weather-resistant. Very happy with this purchase!

Likely about 8,000 lm. Description is off by 100x
Update: customer service with the company does take care of you if youโre not completely satisfied. Sure itโs heavy and big and decently bright but the description of 520,000 lm is exaggerated by probably 100x. If you had 4 of these youโd have decent lighting for a half court basketball game. 1) โ5200 wattsโ is essentially impossible here A 25โร12โ solar panel has ~0.19 mยฒ of area. Even in strong sun, panels produce roughly 150โ220 W per mยฒ (ballpark, depending on efficiency and conditions). That puts your panel in the neighborhood of: โข ~30โ45 watts in full sun (maybe a bit higher if itโs unusually efficient) So 5200 W would require something like hundreds of times more panel area (and much bigger wiring/heat sinking). Also, if it truly drove 5200 W at night, it would get extremely hot. 2) The โ32,000 mAh batteryโ number is misleading without voltage Battery capacity must be in watt-hours (Wh) to mean anything: โข Wh = (mAh รท 1000) ร Volts Most of these lights use battery packs around 3.2V (LiFePOโ) or 3.7V (Li-ion). If itโs 32,000 mAh at: โข 3.7V โ 32 Ah ร 3.7V โ 118 Wh โข 3.2V โ 32 Ah ร 3.2V โ 102 Wh Thatโs the energy you have for the whole night. Now sanity-check with the claimed 5200 W: โข Runtime at 5200 W from ~110 Wh = 110 / 5200 = 0.021 hours โ 1.3 minutes So if it were truly 5200 W, it would go dark in about a minute (plus it would be blinding and scorching hot). 3) What output is actually plausible from that battery If it needs to run, say, 10 hours overnight, and you have ~110 Wh: โข Average power available โ 110 Wh / 10 h = 11 W (before losses) Even if the LEDs + driver were very efficient (they arenโt perfect), 11 W corresponds to roughly: โข ~1,000โ1,800 lumens (assuming ~90โ160 lm/W at the LED level, less after optics/losses) If it runs fewer hours at higher brightness early on, you might see higher โpeakโ output briefly, but youโre still nowhere near 500,000 lumens. 4) โ320 LED beadsโ doesnโt mean huge lumens Many โbeadsโ are small 2835/5730-style chips. A realistic average might be 0.1โ0.2 W per chip in a cost-focused product, and they often drive them below max to manage heat. So: โข 320 chips ร 0.1 W โ 32 W electrical (plausible peak) โข 32 W ร ~100โ140 lm/W โ ~3,200โ4,500 lumens (rough, optimistic) Thatโs a believable range for a bright solar flood/street-style light. Likelihood itโs 520,000 lumens Effectively zero. To hit 520,000 lumens youโd need on the order of 3,000โ5,000 watts of LED power (depending on LED efficacy), which the panel and battery specs cannot supply. How to test it (best practical method) Lux meter test (cheap and surprisingly solid) Buy a basic lux meter. 1. Mount the light at a fixed height (e.g., 3 m / 10 ft). 2. At night, measure lux at ground level: โข directly under the light โข and at several points outward (to map the lit area) 3. Estimate lumens by summing lux over area (simple version): โข Find the area where light is reasonably โusefulโ (say where itโs โฅ10 lux). โข Compute: lumens โ average lux ร area (mยฒ) Example: โข If you average 50 lux over 60 mยฒ, thatโs ~3,000 lumens. If it were 520,000 lumens, youโd see extremely high lux over a huge area (it would look like daytime in a wide zone).

Super Bright and Reliable Solar Security Light
This solar street light is impressively bright and reliable. The 6500K daylight color gives clear visibility at night, and the motion sensor works well to boost brightness when movement is detected. I like that itโs fully solar-powered, so no wiring or electricity cost. Installation was simple, and the remote control makes it easy to adjust modes. It lights up my driveway and yard with wide coverage. The waterproof build also holds up well in bad weather. Overall, a great choice for strong outdoor security lighting.

Good illumination.
It lights up the patio very well; I recommend it.

Decent
It's a good light but unfortunately there are cheaper options that are slightly brighter.

WOW! I was shocked at how bright this lamp is!
WOW! I was shocked at how bright this lamp is! There are no streetlights on my street, and it is very dark at night. We have new families, with kids, moving into the neighborhood and they can't play outside at night. I placed the light on a telephone pole about 20 feet up. Even at 20%, it lights up the street and the yards across the street. I am pleasantly surprised! The light has been up for a little over a week, and all of the neighbors are thankful for the new light. They are even talking about buying their own for their back yards! I will share photos and a video soon. If anything changes, I will let you know!

Excellent Product
I've had this Solar powered Street Light over two weeks now and the performance is amazing. I've installed it in my back yard on a 15ft pole. At night it lights up half of the back yard at 30%. When it senses motion it comes on at 100% and really brightens up the yard. I will definitely purchase another unit fir the other side of the back yard. Yes, there are cheaper units out there, but if you want quality and performance, you will not be disappointed with this product. I would strongly recommend this product!

Easy to install-must have outdoor
Very useful and convenient for our street, easy to install. A solid choice for home gardens, driveways or small parking areas. No wiring needed. Includes pole/wall-mount kits and screws. Took 30 mints to set up. Motion sensor works well, boosting brightness to 100% when detecting movement and dimming otherwise.

Garden light
I bought this for my garden. I installed it on the top of my gazebo. It brightens up the whole garden. This makes it something pleasant to stay in the garden even at night time. And I really like the feature of a remote control, which allows me to switch the light warmth. The solar panel is so big. No wonder the light can last a long time at night.
