Easy assembly. Fits easily behind the toilet seat. Padded handles feel very comfortable to grip. Convenient size adjustment to customize the height and width for your use. Has a very sturdy feel. We bought two. One for each of our bathrooms. I just had a knee replacement and have a daughter that had foot surgery. They are very helpful for both of us. I would highly recommend this product.

Very sturdy, easy to put together, fits easily in the bathroom

I bought this for my 100 year old mom when I replaced her toilet to the handicap height and put this on the commode to help her get up and down more easily. It adjusts in height as well as width which I did have to adjust down for her size and it was easy to do. The installation was simple, and the adjustable width made it easy to get the right fit without feeling cramped.The frame feels sturdy with no wobbling, and the 350‑lb weight rating seems accurate based on how secure it feels when putting full pressure on the handles. The padded grips are comfortable and don’t slip, even with damp hands.I like that the height and angle can be adjusted so it works with different toilet styles. It also doesn’t take up much space, and the open‑front design makes cleaning around the toilet easier than bulkier frames. I just lift it out to clean and place it back it is lightweight yet sturdy.If you need dependable support for sitting and standing, this is a strong, well‑built option that adds a lot of stability without being difficult to install. I would definitely recommend this product.

It’s well-made and sturdy. Easy to assemble and I don’t have to worry about bolting it to the toilet. Big plus there. My only problem is the length from back to front. It sticks out a little too far in front of the toilet, and my mom‘s walker keeps getting tangled with the legs. Small bathroom. I can’t find any specifications from back to front just width and height. Other than that no complaints.

This adjustable toilet safety frame and rails works great for my elderly mother. She had a different set with a cushioned seat before I bought this one. It was nice but you couldn’t close the toilet lid and I had to take off the entire toilet seat from another toilet to make it fit. But with this one I was able to adjust the height, keep the regular toilet seat on and use the toilet lid! It is very stable and now my mother can use the bathroom independently and feel safe! I would definitely recommend this rail set for anyone that needs extra support when getting up and down! The fact that you can also still close the toilet lid is great because mom can feel safe and clean!

Compete and easy to assemble and adjust

The bedside rehab sent home with me would not work with my bidet. I did not want to give up my bidet and so looked for other options that would allow me to have the safety rail. I needed after surgery to my ankle to transfer from wheelchair to Walker to the commode.It’s not as sturdy as one that has all four sides connected, but it does very well fit behind the toilet seat and allows me to safely transfer.It was easy to put together. Everything was included, and it worked perfectly for the situation that I need if you need a little reassurance in getting up and down from your commode to aid in your mobility, I would recommend this one.

This item wasn’t quite right for my elderly mother but it was a good quality product. The service was excellent. I had no problem getting a refund even though the company is based in the US, which was processed before the product was received. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again.
