I trust this brand because I’ve ordered multiple other supplements from them before. The labeling quality wasn’t great on this bottle, and from another manufacturer it probably would have made me nervous, but I trust this brand. These are easy to take, no negative side effects, and I feel generally calmer, more focused, and less scatterbrained when I take them. I take them at bedtime because I never miss my bedtime pills. Mornings are more iffy, so the important ones get taken at night. This is one of my important ones. As with all supplements, do your own research and listen to your own body— you know how you FEEL better than anyone else ever could.

I don’t trust this bottle! Why did they cover the original label? Makes me question what’s actually in this bottle. Returned for full refund. Amazon CSR was very helpful & return was flawless. Great customer service!

I have taken a 5 HTP supplement for years until the manufacturer of my favorite one stopped offering it. I haven't had it in a year or so and definitely noticed the difference in the way I felt overall. Since starting this supplement I can see changes in my overall mood and other things (anxiety levels and lack of brain fog).

As I said on a previous review, I have found 5-HTP to be an invaluable addition to my sleep stack when combined with melatonin and magnesium. Similarly, this brand’s 5-HTP seems as solid as anything else I have tried. The difference is that this variant is has 400mg per two capsule serving, which is more than I have seen elsewhere, while also being considerably less than what you can pick up at your favorite vitamin shop. That is a big, positive selling point as far as I am concerned. Also like the 100mg variant this company offers, these work effectively, if not more so due to the higher dosage.Also worth noting, similar to their 100mg variant, these capsules are smaller than most other 5-HTP supplements, and most other capsule based supplements for that matter as well. This means easy storage in you organizer and easy consumption. For multiple reasons, I am more than happy to incorporate this into my sleep supplement stack, and almost couldn’t imagine not doing so at this point.

This is my first time ordering this supplement but I have heard really good things about it, so I plan on taking it for a while. This brand of supplements has always been quality no matter what it is that I purchased from them. I have only been taking this specific supplement for 5 days so I'm not sure if it takes a while to get to therapeutic level. I have not had any negative effects or positive effects so far. I will continue to take this and update if I. I have not had any trouble swallowing these or negative stomach affects. I am hoping that this will help me with my overall mood.
