This is honestly a very nice PVC enclosure! The PVC is actually a little thicker than most enclosures on the market & I chose this one because of the upper and bottom ledges offer a bit more seclusion for my young snake. I have several PVC enclosures (Dubia & Toad ranch) I decided to try something different because I don't especially like the all open front glass enclosures as much as the design of this one. It looks REALLY nice when put together. It took about 45 minutes with 2 of us putting it together. There wasn't a scratch on any of the PVC, the glass was packaged great. The glass doors slide perfectly. It's a beautiful enclosure! I will definitely be purchasing the 4X2X2 option in the future. It holds heat and humidity like a champ! I will seal the bottom for moisture reasons but the rest of the tank is so well constructed that I see no need to seal the whole thing. I will share a picture of it after it was put together with some things in it. I look forward to getting it sealed & finished for our baby Royal Python..I think he'll love his new home. I 100% Recommend this enclosure. I possibly found the PVC GOAT in my opinion.

Very nice enclosure and was very simple to put together. My son loves it and moreso his bearded dragon. Plenty big enough and ease of access is great.

First of all, after reading many reviews on this enclosure, I tried to be slightly prepared. Make SURE if this is the option you go for, have a tape roller, a mask and gloves!!! It came COVERED in tiny white almost invisible strands (possibly fiberglass). I am already worried I breathed some in and having asthma makes this even worse! If it is covered in fiber glass means this product is not actually made out of pvc. It is a cheap press board / resin copy covered in a thin layer of PVC. Which MEANS it is NOT WORTH $230! reptizoo cheapened out on a product claiming to be PVC. Additionally if you are paying this much for a product, it should NOT have factory scratches, cracks or defects from where screw holes have been set / glued in. Press board copies will eventually become too weak to use, retain moisture inside the framework causing warping and may evidently MELT from your heat lamps or heat mats. One star. Shame on you. Do NOT buy this for your animals!!! This was meant to be a gift for someone, but how dare reptizoo make a cheap version of something that could potentially put peoples animals at harm. I think I breathed in fiber glass

I purchased the REPTI ZOO 50 Gallon PVC Reptile Enclosure for my ball python, and I couldn’t be more pleased. This enclosure is a huge step up from traditional glass tanks—especially when it comes to retaining heat and humidity. It holds both much more effectively, which makes maintaining ideal conditions far easier and more consistent. The build quality is solid, and the PVC panels are sturdy, lightweight, and easy to clean. Assembly was straightforward, (I assembled it alone, would have been easier with 2 people, but 1 can manage) and everything fit together well.

Excellent enclosures. I have 4 of these and they're top notch. Functional, secure, solid and nice looking. Highly recommend these. They're a little more expensive than similar enclosures but worth it.

honestly it’s a nice enclosure especially for fist time reptile owners it’s fairly simple to put together, but the instructions are half impossible to understand and complicated the whole process, and the “video” is not any better tbh, over all it’s a nice enclosure especially for the size, maybe a little out of most people price range and even for me it was a little expensive. (that’s my personal opinion).

This enclosure is great! If you have put any IKEA furniture together then you will understand how this goes together BUT it is more solid than any IKEA I have ever worked with. If you are expecting it to be water tight without sealing it, then you have never put together a good cage setup before. I sealed the bottom so I could use a bioactive substrate and not worry about things escaping or leaks. This thing is great at keeping the humidity levels where you meed them. It is also better at keeping the heat inside instead of it radiating through glass aquarium walls. Also using a PVC enclosure gives more options for various enrichment items and way to add decor that you are unable to with a glass aquarium. I definitely will be getting at least 2 more enclosures. I wish I would have made the upgrade YEARS ago!

This is very easy to put together. I now own 2 of these. They are Great for Baby Snakes. I have 2 Baby's a Guyana Red Tail boa and a Brazilian Rainbow Boa. I will transfer them to a larger enclosure when the time is right. I have added lighting and Radiant heat panel to each enclosure. The access knob that allows you to bring your wiring through works great and locks so that your animal can't escape. I used different door locks as the ones that come with it are kinda jenky, but still work. The only one thing I recommend you do when getting this enclosure is get some silicone that is safe, most silicone for aquariums are safe. SEAL THE BOTTOM so that you can control the humidity and if your animal spills the water you don't get a leak.
