Perfect Solution to Lower Your Mattress
This was an excellent solution for our antique Victorian bed. Our mattress was already quite high before I added a latex topper; after that, I had to hop onto the bed. This box spring lowered the whole assembly by 4 inches and now the mattress is at a comfortable height and well supported. Order to delivery and installation was under a week. These arrived in a single box weighing 25 lbs., according to UPS. The contents were safely wrapped in plastic. After unboxing, they only had to be placed in the bed frame and the mattress placed back on top. I highly recommend this box spring for anyone who finds themselves too far from the floor on a standard box spring and thick/pillowtop mattress.

Inaccurate width in description
We have a vintage Ethan Allen Baumritter maple full-size bed. I really wanted a true, 54" box spring to best fit in the rails (which seem a bit wider than modern full beds), and to best support the memory foam mattress. For whatever reason, many supports/box springs are narrower than the mattresses they support. I purchased this because the description clearly states 54" wide. However, these box springs are only about 52" wide at best when placed together. For this reason, we returned it.

Hard rails go through decent mattresses...
Falls apart and is hard on back due to the metal rails and not enough comfort surrounding them.

It worked!
Replacing a platform, hard wood, surface bed that you just lay your mattress on top. This creates a much softer feel when laying on it. Would recommend and I'm a very picky person.

Perfect fit....Bed now super comfy!
These 4" foundations are PERFECt for my full size slat base platform bed. I originally ordered another product that was more money, but it was ridiculous and didn't even fit 1/2 the bed, SO I ordered these and they are PERFECT! Bed is now so much more comfy and I love the height it now sits at (has 10" mattress on top). I highly recommend this product. Each piece came wrapped in plastic, too and packed well inside a large box.

Misleading and small
This doesn’t actually fit a full sized bed. There’s a good sized gap in the middle. Not worth it
