I have worn A LOT of shapewear over the years. I have tried every brand and every type. I can honestly say that these Gydek tummy control briefs are not only the most effective, but the most comfortable I have ever worn. The control support is very firm. I love the silicon boning that adds extra compression. They do stay up and I have not had one instance of these rolling down! The briefs are true to size- my regular size fits perfectly. Not only are these a good value- got them on a limited time deal- but I would even pay more for them. They are that good. I wash these in the machine but I use a lingerie bag and I air dry. These are highly recommended!

Pretty good quality, thin light weight fabric I ordered up 2 sizes because of another review and it fit but then ordered down a size because the fit was a little loose. but to be honest I would probably be better buying my normal size lg. I would say that these fit true to size. But it is a good value for money. I may go ahead and buy one size down again to a lg to get a perfect fit.

I have a bigger lower belly so this is exactly what I was looking for, it definitely made my waist look smaller but it’s not restricting. I attached a pic of me sitting down and my waist looks so snatched! I do have two small complaints 1. I have a longer torso so it felt like it had to pull it up super high to cover all of my belly. 2. It kinda flattens my butt a little too much for my liking lol But for the price it’s definitely worth it!
