The included PVC bag does a good job of keeping the contents dry, even in direct rain. The build is simple and quick. On the negative side, the included hardware is of poor quality, so you need to be very careful to not over-torque any of the fittings. The screw heads can snap off, and the bolt heads can strip out very easily. Both have happened to me.
