We live in a well built living space in a colder climate and can't open windows a good part of the year so we wanted to be sure our air quality was optimum. From day one of plugging this in the air has felt and smelled cleaner. It is so sensitive that a little hairspray drifting from the bathroom, or opening the oven while baking pies, kicks the unit automatically into high mode and instantly clears the air. A small price to pay for amazingly healthy, indoor air!

Purchased this less than 2 years ago and it worked fine for the first year then it disconnected from WiFi and I’m not able to connect it again. I’ve tried different WiFi and it still doesn’t work. I’ve contacted customer service and they were no help, they tried blaming everything but the unit itself, spent hours on the phone and still couldn’t get it resolved. I believe it takes a new WiFi module but they won’t send me a replacement. It’s disappointing to spend over $1000. and it only works for a year, not to mention the replacement filters are unaffordable, $574. for a 2 year supply. Can’t in good faith recommend this company.

Works beautifully. Removes food odors and keeps excellent air quality. Before purchase, would wake up w/ nose stuffed up. Now, nose and throat are clear--no more blowing my nose every morning. Love it! Worth every penny!

I've had this for six months, and the app has never worked or connected. I know it’s defective and should be refunded, but due to a condition, I need to keep it in my home. I wouldn’t recommend upgrading to the app version unless you're sure you can return a defective unit. On the positive side, it's fairly quiet and moves a lot of air. However, I could have purchased a comparable app-enabled version elsewhere for half the price. I had considered buying multiple units—I have air purifiers in every room—but the lack of support has been disappointing. That said, I’m sure the team behind it has good intentions.
