Is it OK to use these around vegetables that I will subsequenty eat?

To the best of my knowledge they are ok & also safe for wildlife etc.

Does this go mouldy once applied

If it rains after application then it does go a bit cloggy

If you have slugs and snails indoor I can see no reason why you shouldn't. Please remember though they are very dangerous to animals and people ( think children), sprinkling then in the house they will be very visible and easily picked up.
