Excelent and elegant product. Will suite almoat all wrist sizes. Slightly thick dial case. But looks good and functions well. Bought both black & white dials. Worth the money paid.

It's a good product, you can feel the weight and its size is good for above 6.5 inch wrist. Dial looks premium in this price range and dial finish is good. I'm using it as a proper dress watch and people see and ask most of the time about this watch. Even the accuracy is very good. There is one thing, it's back side case finish is little off but that doesn't offend me that much. I really enjoy wearing it as a dress watch.

I purchased this watch with the expectation of durability and reliable support, but my experience has been the opposite. Within normal usage, the watch crown came off on its own. This is clearly not due to any misuse or accidental damage—it reflects a serious quality issue. However, when I contacted customer support, they refused to cover it under warranty, labeling it as "damage." This feels like an easy way to avoid responsibility rather than addressing a genuine defect. To make things worse, they informed me that the replacement part is not even in stock and could not provide any clear timeline or confirmed cost for the repair. So not only is the warranty denied unfairly, but there is also no proper solution being offered. As a customer, this is extremely frustrating. When we invest in a product, we also trust the brand’s service and support, which in this case has been very poor and disappointing. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing, especially if you expect reliable quality and hassle-free warranty support. My experience has been completely unsatisfactory.
