I want to first start this review by saying I received this item for free but that this does not affect my review or opinion of the item.I can’t speak on how effective this item is just yet, as I only just started taking them. I will update my review when I can speak on that.I will say currently that I am happy the pills aren’t super large. My last pills were massive and hard to swallow. These pills also don’t have a strange odor.I also have not noticed any bad side-effects.For the time being, I am happy with this item.

This product contains some great ingredients like Vitamin C and D, zinc, magnesium, and a blend of herb powders and extracts. I don't know if it is going to help for the intended purpose, but in any case, it makes a great multi-benefit supplement. FIVE STARS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I've been trying different hemorrhoids supplements for years. The only one that I found that actually works is sangre de drago. It's also called dragon's blood. That's the one that works well, especially if bleeding is involved. This supplement is probably good for you and has no ill effects. It just doesn't really stop bleeding.

These product, besides berberine (which may help for many different problems, including reduced swelling) , contains many great ingredients: vitamins C and D, zinc, magnesium, a blend of herb powders and extracts, and more. I don't know yet if it is going to help for what it's intended, but in any case, it makes a great multi-benefit supplement. Recommended.

I don’t know that I can say this has helped with my hemorrhoids, but the mixture of vitamins and minerals in this are really good ones and I feel good taking this treatment. Quality product!

These pills contain a multitude of healthy ingredients often found in supplements I’m familiar with. However, only 3 ingredients, vitamin C, vitamin D and zinc are actually listed with enough detail to determine their amount per pill. None of those ingridients specifically address hemorrhoids, and are usually included in generic daily vitamin supplements. The remainder of the supplements, like Berberine which might address swollen tissue, are lumped together with no indication of relative amount, except as relates to their listing order. I wanted to try this supplement because I was having a flare-up when it was offered for review. My flare-up did go away and hasn’t returned. However, that’s the general pattern of this condition for me even without any supplement, so I’m not sure how much, if any, I can attribute to the pills. I haven’t had any ill side effects while using the pills, so if you’re having a long term flare-up you might give this supplement a try.

After some careful research online looking up this product, I found out a lot of things. I can't confirm or deny that this is actually made in the USA. I also can't prove that this is "all natural" either. Most of the ingredients are vitamins (assuming the label is even right) so I figured I'd try it.After using this for a month now, I've seen ZERO effect of it's claims. None. Nada. Zip. Zero. Zilch. Granted I don't have bad hemorrhoids either, just enough to bother me slightly every once in a while. I am also very happy to report that I've not had any other bad side effects after a month of this product (lucky for me at least). Hopefully nothing shows up 6+ months later but so far, this seems to not have any negative effects in that aspect.Also, just because I got this item for "free" to review via the Vine Program, doesn't mean I give it an automatic 5 star review (like a lot of other people seem to be doing).
