LOVE THIS!! What an amazing chime. I use this at home with my family when we do music night. Also use it at events to gather people together and back into the meeting. Never could get a loud clear tone. Returned
No matter how I held the chimes or the striker, the sounds were faint and muffled.

This is a fun, quality chime. I wish it had 8 notes instead of 7. Good build quality. Nice.
