Dogs love this!
If you have a picky eater, try Royal Canin. I’ve never had a dog not devour this, kibble or canned. I have a Yorkie and a Cocker Spaniel, both rescues, and it’s always a mad dash to the bowls.

Terrible Food!
Beware if your Cocker is allergic to wheat or corn. This food is full of grains that are known to cause allergies in dogs. I bought this for my niece's Cocker Spaniel who has skin allergies. Initially there was no problem and not only did the dog love the food, but so did the 3 cats in the household! Within a couple weeks, however, the dogs allergies were back with a vengeance! I believe RC just makes the food tasty to animals, but the nutrition is questionable. I have tried Royal Canin cat food for my cat and she had the worst gas imaginable. Switched her to Wellness and the problem cleared up. Note the ingredients are not listed here on Amazon; look elsewhere for that on sites like dogfoodadvisor.com and you will find that Royal Canin foods in general do not get good grades. There is much better food on the market for about the same price; Wellness, Blue Wilderness,Taste of the Wild to mention a few. It's a great idea to develop breed specific food, but in the case of Royal Canin I believe it is nothing more than a marketing ploy.

Unsure if the product is new or old
I genuinely like this product for my dog, but unfortunately, every time I attempt to order it, I discover that they’re constantly altering the ingredients. Consequently, I feel like the product I’m purchasing is outdated because the new version is being replaced with new ingredients and other changes. As a result, I had to seek alternative dog food options that don’t undergo frequent ingredient changes. It took the manufacturer three or four years to even reintroduce this product, which I initially enjoyed, but then they made some modifications to it. When I checked online, I found that it was discontinued, and I’m not sure why Amazon is still selling it. In essence, I’m not even certain if I’m purchasing an old or new product.
