Not great quality
A bit janky....Not very good as far as quality. I had already installed it and it has to be pulled really hard downwards for the lever to click open. I have a feeling it wont last long. Will buy another one but will not buy this one again

Promising but latch bolt gets stuck now
It's a very good-looking lock and door handle and it served me well for 2 years. However, here I am 25 months since purchasing and an internal mechanism in the lock broke so the door latch doesn't engage or disengage the latch bolt properly. I get locked out of, and locked in my own house now! I've taped the latch bolt down so that I can get in and out of my house until my new lock arrives.

Poor design. Guaranteed to fail sooner than expected.
UPDATE (2025-04-22): Almost one year later, the handle is still working without issue. I decided to bump my star rating from 2 to 3 stars. UPDATE (2024-04): The seller was quick to respond to my dissatisfaction. They said they would forward my quality concerns to the manufacturer and offered me a full refund. They asked me to revise my review. Sorry, but the 2-star review stands. (I don't want to mislead other shoppers.) (See my video). Would I recommend this item? NO. Although the price is pretty reasonable (which is what attracted me), the craftsmanship has me second-guessing, “Was it worth saving $40?” (e.g., Schlage or Kwikset). The answer is still “No”. PROs: • Inexpensive • Stylish • Heavyish (but lighter than the one I replaced.) CONs: • The interior door handle is extremely loose, with a lot of play. It cannot be adjusted or tightened. • It requires drilling a small hole 10” below the door handle. The cover plate for that hole is quite large, bulky, and unattractive. • The face plate is half the thickness of the one I replaced. Why is this important? The new latch bolt might be too shallow and might not engage with the strike plate, causing your door to not hold close/shut.

Wave door handle faulty hazzard
The handle locks independently when pushed up/down, the lock sticks and cannot be easily opened, and thats dangerous. It's now past the 30 day return window. I've contacted the seller requesting a replacement handle due to this safety issue. We shall see, and I'll update this later. Very frustrating to not be able to get out easily esp if there's any emergency. *see video

Don’t buy this handle.
Horrible product, broke within 4 months. Even only opened one way when originally installed. Don’t buy.

Indoor handle is only one way
Nice lockset and great value but the indoor wave handle is not reversable, you can only flip it based on door swing. I have a RH door swing and the wave handle is upside down compared to my other handles in the house. Very poor design on this. Plus, the first one I bought the handle was very loose (no set screw to tighten it). Ordered a second one and returned the first and the handle was better. I'll eventually just buy a new indoor wave handle so I can flip the curve to match the way it should be. Overall I get it 3/5 stars
