I was planning on giving this product 4 stars instead of 5 originally. However, its odor control and sweat protection improved drastically over time. The description claims that it can take a couple of weeks for it to start working, but it took a lot longer for me—about two and a half months. I’m now really happy with the purchase. It lasts a very long time, and I enjoy that it’s fragrance-free / unscented. It also doesn’t cause armpit stains like some other natural brands that I’ve tried since it has a clear consistency. I’ll still apply it up to a couple of times a day on days where I work out, but it’s worth it since the stick lasts long and it will block the smell. I have sensitive skin, and this product hasn’t irritated it. I’m not well-read on the effects of aluminum in deodorant, but it probably doesn’t hurt that this is aluminum free. Overall, I recommend this product, and I’m glad I kept giving it a chance until my body got used to it, after which it started working more consistently and effectively.

This are great. My husband has a lot of skin allergies and it works really well for him. No fragance, non-sticky.

The best, using it for years it's very effective, I won't use anything else. In my experience some brands say unscented but they have an aroma. Tom's is absolutely unscented. Highly recommend.

Tom’s of Maine Unscented Natural Deodorant is NOT UNscented (2026). Tom's is a good product that i started using years ago, but now I'm very disappointed that it's no longer unscented as advertised.

Only deodorant I use. Contents are concentrated, and last a long time. Well worth the purchase.

I was deeply disappointed when I discovered that Tom’s had sold, and they reformulated all their deodorants. I used to use the calendula deodorant which they don’t offer anymore. I tried a couple of the new scents and they just smell awful. So I got this one and it does the job. I really muss their original formula, which lasted 24 hours. This lasts 10-14 hours, requiring re-bathing & reapplication late in the day. Will keep searching for a brand that works as well as Tom’s used to.

Tom's could have kept the old formula (with the aluminum) it was the only satisfactory brand out there and the company hurt a lotnof people with sensory issues and skin sensitivities when they discontinued the line. The new product is awful. I went through amny brands, at considerable expense. All with objectionable things (smells, textures, itching etc. For people still looking Nature's Tawas roll on (with aluminum chlorohydrate the same ingredient from the old Tom's) is good and cheap(if you buy in stor it is usually less than 4 dollars. On Amazon thseller is charging 14 to 15 for the same thing). I believe it is a Phillipino brand and I get it at some Asian stores.
