BELLE VAISSELLE MAIS EMBALLAGE CATASTROPHIQUE CASSE !!!
J'ai reçu les 3 sous tasses Villeroy et Boch dans le même colis en carton mâché enveloppé de plastique bulle sans aucune mention de colis fragile sur le carton, résultat une tasse de cassée , c'est un miracle qu'il n'y ai pas eu plus de casse dans ce colis, franchement j'étais horrifiée de constater l'état de ce carton quand on sait qu'il y a de la belle porcelaine dedans. Je me suis déjà exprimée sur un précédent commentaire sur les tasses ! je ne l'ai pas fait avec plaisir, mais il faut revoir votre service emballage, histoire de les renseigner sur le contenu des emballages et des précautions a prendre...
