Good value, only 380 nits brightness limits HDR in Windows 11
Got the 180Hz 27" QHD fast IPS panel monitor and am happy with it. Not as happy as with the KTC 100Hz 27" QHD IPS panel, but refresh rate is king, sometimes. The image shows both monitors after enabling HDR in Windows 11 and going through the Microsoft HDR calibration app. The 180Hz monitor under review is on the left. In comparison to the 100Hz monitor with more than twice the peak brightness (on the right in the pic) has a noticably better image quality. I run a Gigabyte RX 9070 XT and both monitors are connected via DisplayPort for those who are interested. Especially after calibration, the KTC 180Hz 380 nits peak brightness model is set to be notably less bright than the KTC 100 Hz 800 nits peak brightness model. Both monitors are set to 100% brightness and 75% contrast in their respective menus. No color correction was done. Despite grey text being more difficult to read with my aging eyes, it does provide good enough display quality for me despite my observations. One other thing is that I have both monitors on a dual-monitor arm and they both sit at an identical height and look really good together as a dual monitor setup for productivity. I play games on the 180Hz display only. They look good together, as they also have identical bezel width in addition to sitting at the same height.

Great Monitor for entry-level 1440P
I recently upgraded my GPU after years of owning a entry-level one, and I decided to treat myself to a new monitor. For context, I used 75 hz 21 inch dual monitors, and after setting up this brand-new 1440p monitor, I was so amazed. I enjoyed the high refresh rate of 180, and despite some games not reaching up to 180 frames, I still am playing them with a smoother experience. The brightness, contrast, and the rest are pretty great for an entry-level monitor. Overall, I don't have much issues, although one minor complaint is the fact that the monitor includes a screwdriver, but no screws so I wasn't able to secure the monitor to the stand.

Excellent Budget Friendly Monitor
Excellent excellent excellent 180hz monitor for the price! Built well, crisp, bright screen and zero issues after using it daily for almost a full year. I regret not getting multiple before tariffs hiked prices. Hoping to snag more from this brand if they ever go on sale

monitor only has tilt adjustment.
The monitor stand only has tilt adjustment. i put it on a monitor arm and it performs well for gaming and content consumption. I use monitor in sdr mode. There are a few in depth reviews online. Good value as i purchased monitor for 157 usd. No regrets so far.

KTC, the great brand you've never heard of
Bought two of these monitors. Both are excellent quality. The second arrived brighter than the first and seems to have a 2.x firmware that the first (with a 1.x) doesn't seem to have access to. The first one has the advertised brightness and color, and the second is about 50-100 nits brighter. Regardless both are outstanding for the price point. The stand isn't as bad as people bash it. It's sturdy, low profile, and sleek.

All you would ever really need.
this monitor pretty much has everything you would need, plus a few bonuses. It is a crisp 2k lcd panel that has brightness dim enough for my eyes at night. The packaging is easy, and it doesn’t take long to set up (5 minutes minimum), and the monitor doesn’t feel fragile compared to other monitors I’ve used. The picture quality was wonderful, and absolutely no ghosting at all, which was my main concern for the price range. It goes as dim as I want it, and the settings allow AMD free sync or G-sync, as well as adjusting contrast and overdrive. The only downside I have is the monitor headphone jack doesn’t seem to have mic support, but it could just be an issue on my end. Perfect monitor for my needs.

Well, can't go back to 1080p now....
This monitor is a sure thing. Worth more than it's being sold for imo. I built a new 7800xt system with the ryzen 5 7600x...this monitor was a perfect fit! The resolution is easily noticeable with your first game. If you are running Win 11, be sure to go into your display settings and turn on HDR settings. It makes even watching Netflix or Crunchroll streaming videos look I credible. Also, be sure to go into manual monitor settings and turn on the performance booster, I don't remember what it's called but you have to turn it on to get windows to allow the 180hz refresh setting. Great buy. Don't think a out it,do it.

Awesome and NO ISSUES!!
I was honestly nervous gettin this at first because I had no idea what this brand was and neither did my friends. But once I opened this bad boy up and saw the design on the monitor with the metal stand that keeps this monitor from falling over almost completely is awesome! Brightness, clarity, frame rate everything works amazingly. And that’s coming from someone who switched from and OLED gaming tv. Amazing bang for your buck and highly recommend!!!

Good quality for the price
For under 200$, I like this 27" 1440p 180Hz KTC monitor. Before purchasing, I was comparing it with more popular brands but I decided on this brand as it had reviews giving this really good marks. I would say it does punch above its price bracket and it performs nicely as expected. With a capable graphics card I think it can go up to 180Hz refresh rate, but my setup only goes to 144Hz with the Display Port which still gives a nice visual feel. Based on an objective review I read, the monitor needs a bit of a parameter tune up to attain the correct colors and it is easily done. Cons: I found a dead pixel, but it is so far into a corner of the screen that I do not notice it. The original base mount is not height adjustable, but I have it mounted on a vesa desk frame and it sits much higher than oem. The bezel is not as thin as I thought it would be, it is around 7-8mm compared to the frame that is only 2mm thick. Finally I do see that it is a little bit dimmer on the bottom corners compared to the top corners and this is somewhat common from other online reviews. Overall I am still satisfied with this monitor and I recommend it.

received with a couple issues so far
2 day ownership... 1. package was missing the stand's 3 screws... fyi if you're in the same boat its M4-.70 X 8 or 10 if you find any otherwise its M4-.70 x16 and cut them down to 8 or 10m length.. big pain. 2. description said 2 dp ports - but there's only one dp.. 3. no height adjustment just a fixed stand with tilt. 4. this just happened so i don' t know if this going to a problem.. screen went dark, no response.. changed screen refresh rate and it came back. was at 180hz and on a linux laptop with extended screens.

Great value monitor
Amazing value monitor with performance of a much more expensive monitor. 180Hz VRR works as it should with a fast IPS panel. Feels like very good response times with no noticeable smearing. The only thing is I don't believe this is 350 nits as it is dimmer than my other monitor that is also 350 nits. Overall great buy.

Great performance, but doesn't include everything needed
Monitor works great, awesome quality and performance for the price point. Only complaint is that they do not include screws to assemble the mount, you have to go get your own. If you are just attaching to a monitor arm it would be perfect but otherwise be ready to go grab three 4Mx16 screws from a hardware store lol

Nothing compared to my asus monitors. Not bright.
You get what u pay for. Decently good. Not bright enough. Looks more like a TN panel than IPS (IMO) If you are coming from ASUS or equal brand ull notice a difference in quality. If not ull b fine. And it advertises “thin Bessel” but there’s half a centimetre of dead screen around the border so the thin basil doesn’t matter because there’s still a basil with the half inch of dead screen around everything. I ordered three of these screens and two out of three were missing the screws for the bases
