I find these really allow you to eat less. You really need to let them work. Do not make you feel jittery or bouncing off the walls.

I would really appreciate someone telling me what brand actually was advertised on Dr Oz program. I'm guessing that there are so many brands that it's now impossible to choose correctly! I chose this because I thought it was the brand Dr Oz had on his show....I must've ordered the wrong brand - or they simply don't work for me.
