Yes you can. I use it on gel daily and it keeps them nice and shiney and naiks healthy

Can you use this like mail drying drops to help dry normal nail polish quicker? (Not gel polish which uses the led light but just regular polish)

No. Putting an oil over nail polish would lead social conflict and possibly even a military coup.
