Very high quality supplement. Taking 150mg twice daily took my LDL from 196 to 149, 24% decrease. TOTAL Cholesterol went from 266 to 221, 17% decrease. My goal is to get the TOTAL under 200 and the LDL no less than 130. Taking LDL to less than 130 is risky since there are so many processes in our body that needs it, especially the brain

Be very careful !! My bottle I recieved in July was suppose to be 60 gel caps., but was way less then that. I am at least short 20 or so gel caps in my bottle.

I’ve been taking these for a while now and I’m pleasantly surprised. I originally bought them after reading up on tocotrienols and GG (never heard of either before!), they’re supposed to help with things like heart health, CoQ10 levels, and general aging. I’m in my 60s and figured it was worth a try. The softgels are easy enough to swallow, no odd aftertaste, and I haven’t had any issues with digestion. What I have noticed is that I feel a bit more energetic, especially in the mornings – less sluggish and more ready to get on with the day. I’m not expecting miracles, but if this helps even a little with long-term health, I’m happy to keep taking it. Not cheap, but feels like good quality. Will definitely reorder.
