Yes they fit the 19 GT wheels. Once you remove the plastic cap these will pop right into the center with no problems. I have these on my 19 inch stinger wheels.

Not quite sure what measurement you need. Like the listing says "17/18 inch wheel center cap cover". It is the exact size of the Kia covers. Pop old ones off, press these in place. Easy.
