I am very happy with this MARÉE Triple Action Purple Hair Mask. I have been using it as part of my blonde hair care routine, and it has truly delivered excellent results. From the very first few uses, I noticed it helps reduce yellow tones, leaving the color looking cooler, shinier, and more even. In addition to toning the hair, it also leaves it very soft, hydrated, and easy to detangle. I love that it doesn't weigh the hair down and adds a beautiful shine after every use. It has a creamy texture that applies easily, and the jar lasts a long time since you only need a small amount. In my experience, it is an excellent choice for anyone wanting to keep blonde, highlighted, or bleached hair looking healthy and well-cared-for. I will definitely keep buying it and highly recommend it.

Natural hair long wavy course. I got the purple mask. My hair is natural blonde. I left it on for probably 15 minutes. I got a slight burn on the top of my head like a warm feeling. Nothing major but let me tell you. This is the best mask I have ever used and my hair is so soft and feels amazing. I would give it 10 stars if I could. very effective. It smells so good. A little pricey, but worth it.

I never write reviews. But I want to make sure that everyone knows what color your hair will be after using this. Blondes: keep reading if you want to make sure you don't turn your hair purple or gray. The context below was a big reason that contributed to the color I ended up with. Recently my blonde hair thinned out badly so I had to cut it short, and it changed from silky fine highlighted hair to damaged and fried color treated hair. Luckily (and with the help of minoxidil) it is growing back. I've tried several conditioners but as soon as my hair is dry, I have that finger-in-the-light-socket electrocuted look no matter what I've tried. This includes several deep conditioning masks. With that said, upon opening this MAREE conditioner I could easily see that the consistency had a thick magical quality that I was excited to try. It smells really good. Also important, I have used many, many purple shampoos as a natural blonde/dirty blonde with highlights. Recently (due to the hair thinning) I started to use foils for the whole head and the orange tint that sometimes happens is more noticeable. As noted, I've used these shampoos and conditioners before and have never experienced what happened in this conditioner. On the instructions it says to put on for 5 minutes to reduce brassiness, and up to 10 minutes for a more ashy or platinum look. I wasn't too worried as I've never seen much of a change in most purple products, and the last one I used, a shampoo by Moroccan Oil has had the most effect of any and that is pretty mild, even if leaving on for the whole shower. What happened with this MAREE purple conditioning hair mask is that I left it on for a longer amount of time, and my hair turned gray/ purple colored. Only where the blonder parts where, the darker "dirtier" blonde parts didn't change. I re-washed and it is still the same. The conditioning that my hair received was excellent, better than any others I've tried. So, I wanted to make sure to give a warning to the blondes out there that the 5-10 minute guidelines are a HARD cap. To be honest I find it difficult to know how long you should leave it for and what effect it will produce. Also, I like to leave the conditioner on for a very long time to really soften the hair, so you would have to then apply a different conditioner afterward I guess. I included a pic of my normal hair color with the sunglasses face and pic of the gray/purple hair. I've decided it would be better to just use a purple shampoo, and then one of their other non-purple conditioners that I can leave on as long as I want, which is what I'm going to try next. I'm hoping another one of their conditioning masks will have the same conditioning quality this one did, which was excellent. I also want to note they issued me a refund very quickly, which is the best customer service I've had buying anything on Amazon. Which is why I am going to try another non-purple conditioning mask from MAREE. To the company, I think better instructions and description of the outcome would be appropriate given the risk it will entirely change the color of your hair. That is my only recommendation as the conditioning aspect it really amazing.

My hair was extremely dry and brittle after lightening, even though we were very gentle with the process. We only used a 10-volume developer and a demi-permanent color, but my hair still ended up feeling pretty damaged. I also think my water causes my demi-permanent color to fade faster than normal because the yellow tones start coming back within about a week of coloring. This product has been amazing. Not only did it tone down the yellow/brassy color, but it also made my hair feel noticeably softer and smoother. It’s not a miracle conditioner, but it definitely performs better than any drugstore purple shampoo or conditioner I’ve tried. For reference, I left it on for about 5–7 minutes. It did slightly over-tone the finer, more porous hair at the top of my head (not pictured), but that’s pretty normal with purple toning products. The label even mentions that if you over-tone, simply washing your hair a couple of times will help remove any violet cast. Another bonus is the scent. It’s pleasant without being overpowering and smells like a high-quality salon product. The photos show my results from last night and then this morning after washing my hair. Overall, I’m very happy with this product and will definitely continue using it.

Listen, this works and removes brassiness and gold from your blond hair, but do not leave it on for longer than 5 minutes. I did, and my hair looked gray with purple streaks. I wasn't mad about that, but it was totally unexpected. I've used it a few times since and left it on for just a few moments and I'm pleased with the results. My hair is dyed blonde and fades quickly, this product has so far given great results with removing the yellow and giving my hair a shine.

My best purchase of the year. I’m 64 with blonde hair that is highlighted. I also live in Fl and out in the sun way too much. I also have hard water. My hair had turned yellow, was dried out and damaged. Been using this 2x a week for 3 weeks and my hair has not looked or felt like this in decades. I had results after my first use. I only leave on for 5 minutes. The brassy yellow is gone, the waves are back in my hair and it is so soft.
