My parents have been using Fisetin for the past couple of years, at a dosage of 1,500mg/day each day for 4 days per month. That's 6 of these capsules, each, each day for 4 days, or 24 of these capsules (80% of the bottle) each, per month. As far as my parents have experienced, Fisetin does not provide an instant change, or make any noticable difference to how they feel in the short term, but we are trusting the science here that it should be doing something in the background. For the full 1,500mg dosage we need, these work out to £4.02, which is not cheap. Due to this, I recommend to look at other supplements to see if there are better prices, but availability for fisetin is quite poor you're generally quite limited on options.

I got these to try and get back to feeling better than I felt after being ill and I just never got back to full health. I felt tired, had aches, and my concentration wasn't as it used to be. I've been raking these as directed,I can't say I'm back to 100% but I think when taking supplements we have to have faith that they are helping and so who is to say that if we weren't taking them we would be feeling worse.
