I've had this Contigo Byron since 2021 and it's still my go-to travel mug. It keeps drinks warm for hours — even after 8 hours my drink is still warm. The Snapseal lid has been excellent. It hasn't leaked, and I have no problem putting it in a bag or taking it in the car. Despite being a tall mug, it fits my car cup holder fine. It's easy to clean, the finish has held up well, and it still looks good after years of use. Just be aware this is a large mug. If you like a big coffee or want a lot of drink with you, it's great. If you prefer a smaller travel cup, this might feel oversized. Overall, a really good travel mug that has lasted well and I'd happily buy again.

Doesn’t leak at all, I can shake my drink to mix it and none escapes. Love the easy to open sipping lid and it keeps warm for hours. Not sure it’s meant to go in the dishwasher but mine does and it’s fine. I bought a belt pouch so I can attach it to me for long dog walks knowing it can’t spill and burn me. Very pleased!

Had this a year next month and it’s been great. Keeps drinks hot for hours as well as cold drinks. Does not leak at all unless you don’t put the lid on correctly. Make sure you twist anticlockwise first until you get the two clicks and then screw on as normal. Only reason for 4 stars is the fact I can’t get my hand in it to clean it properly. Will be ordering another

I had 1 in grey that my fiancé ended up using because his didn't work and this works just as well as the grey one. It keeps drinks hot for most of the day, i make a coffee about 7am and I'm sometimes still drinking it by lunchtime and it's fine. It doesn't leak so I can throw it in my bag so it's a good product. I imagine the pink will get scratched off eventually but I think that applies to the majority of flasks so I'm not bothered by the prospect.

Hot water becomes cold very quickly, which completely defeats the purpose of buying an insulated bottle. Considering the brand reputation and price, the quality is extremely disappointing. Either the product is defective or the insulation is very poor. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for proper heat retention.
