As you can see from the picture, this thing sticks to my whiteboard with pretty strong magnets. It actually holds 9 expo markers comfortably, not just 8 like the product photo.nIt even has little rubber/silicone circles on the back to keep it from sliding around and scratching your whiteboard. Only thing is if you move it often, those circles could get dirty and lose their stickiness, but shouldn't be hard to find something to replace them. But this is a 5*, exactly what it says it is item!

This product is made of sturdy plastic. I put them (I purchased two of these) on my whiteboard and they were great…until I added the markers in them. Now they are not staying where I put them. With stronger magnets, these would be amazing! As it is, I have to have them at the bottom of the board sitting on the ledge so they stay put.

This is a good quality holder for white board markers and erasers. It had been hurt during shipping, so the box was bent, but the shipping material inside the box kept it perfectly safe.
