I ordered to make tea. Its quality, smell, size, color, and taste is fresh. The price is reasonable since I compared with other stores for a while. I hope the business grows well, so I will not need to change the store. lol Health benefit is great as usual. I focus on digestive, being nervous, low blood pressure, and etc. For short term after I immediately drink, I feel fresh but peaceful, so I like it, moreover its smell is like aroma. lol

Pods are a little small, but excellent quality! Aroma is wonderful! I throw several in my coffee in the morning and it changes everything!

This cardamom has very bad quality, the pods don't look healthy, the seeds are dry and they looks like long grain rice, have light brown color. I was thinking maybe it is different kind of cardamom, did research and found out that it is just a low quality. Not much aroma or taste. I am afraid that they were harvested not ripe or ,maybe, they are too old. I was going to support small business and people of Shri Lanka. I did but have a "bad taste in my mouth". The iteam is no refundable.

Seeds were dryed out and not fresh. The outer shell was spongy and appeared to be old. The seeds themselves did not have that cardamom flavor.
