Really impressed with the company. They answered their phone and gave me instructions on how to best use the product. All fish doing great after treatment.

Used this with salt in the pond, fish got better. Don't know for sure what actually worked.

This product is great, it makes your pond smell like an exotic herbal tea (because it is completely herbal product). To my surprise this product really works although I believe that chemical products are more superior in delivering results than herbal products! But this product changed my idea completely. you need to apply this product daily for minimum of 10 days ( I saw result from the second day). now in response to the other reviewer of this product who states that product works but was not sure if it was the salt or the product, I happen to have salted my pond to 0.35% for a week before using this product without noticing any difference, so I did massive water change to remove the salt before applying this product and immediately saw results and the symptoms of parasitic infection disappeared by the second application! so I believe it is the product that worked and not the salt. I am now a believer in Microbe Lift products and would not use other products for my pond. this product helped cure my koi fish and helped reduce my stress caused by my sick fish :)
