Excellent value. Having worked in beauty and had a more expensive lamp in the past this is a good contender. I have only done my toes and daughter’s nails for holiday and would recommend this for a professional DIY gel nail set. The pink gel did begin to cure when used in a bright room but after wiping the brush it’s as good as new. I would recommend purchasing nail dehydrator and primer too. Let’s hope it lasts for our holiday.

Brilliant set! I changed to Beetles after Mylee changed their formulation and they last a lot longer. Good quality kit and has everything you need.

I was recommended this product by a friend who always seemed to have her nails done by professionals. I turned out to be product of this kit. I loved how they turned out; is efficient, easy and cheaper than going to the salon. The first picture shows day one of doing them. Whereas the second picture shows a week after. I’ve been retouching them as I do clean and stuff, but they are still very much intact. I will recommend to get a dehydrator and a primer to make them stick better and for long lasting results. Overall my experience with this product has been great, and I will recommend it to anyone looking for a cheaper and effective alternative.

I am pleased overall, the light works perfectly, colours are lovely and tool kit is useful. I ordered it to get my nails done for the holiday, it was easy to follow instructions and looked lovely, however it started peeling off from my hands in a week - only the pink though. Toes are still attached :) . I did 2 coats of the colour because it seem to cover well, in hindsight I should have done 3 to make it stronger and long-lasting probably

I could use it only once. The nail lamp broke down immediately. Very poor quality and I am very disappointed

Great little kit. I just did my fingernails for the first time but those toenails were done over 3 weeks ago and are still going strong. My only real issue is the lamp. Each layer of gel needs to be cured for 60 seconds but the lamp only has one timer setting of 90 seconds, which meant I had to use a timer. Also, the lamp is on the small side, but it does the job well for a fraction of the price of other products.

I used the kit to do my manicure and pedicure and honestly I loved it, can’t complain, got a little bit scared when the lamp wouldn’t cure the base gel but I needed up doing some french tips on my natural nails and I think they turned out amazing, no chipping, really easy to work with and overall for £20 ??? A really amazing product. Don’t have to pay for any more manicures and pedicures unless I’m buying more nail polish. FYI the white gel polish I purchased separately from Amazon and the pink I used alongside it is from this kit.

The gel set is amazing and thr colours are beautiful. Sadly I had to purchase a more powerful lamp to cure the Polish as the one provided in the set isn't powerful enough to cure the gel in the specified time frames. New lamp and it's perfect.

Super easy to use. So far I have only used the darker pink but the color is very vibrant. If you follow the instructions you dont get any bubbles. It looks better than some manicures from salons. The incuded tools are also good quality. You definitely get your money's worth out of it after 1 use.

This is going to sound like a fake review because I’m so hyped about this, but this is one of my best Amazon purchases of all time. If you like having your nails done / spend money on manicures at the salon on a regular basis (or even if you just want to start), this will seriously change your life. I have no reason to go to the salon anymore. I just can’t justify the expense now that I have this kit. For the price I had very low expectations, but I’m blown away by the quality and amount of stuff you get with this kit! It really works and it’s so easy!!! It’s SOOOO much faster than painting your nails the old way. As long as you can paint with your non-dominant hand (even if you can’t yet, it just takes practice), you can do a full gel manicure or pedicure in 10-15 minutes. It’s literally just file/buff, base coat, UV light, color, UV light, top coat, UV light - DONE. Or you can really take your time with it and get creative with tips, nail art, etc. The kit comes with really good quality nail files and tools too which alone are worth more than the price of the whole kit. And the colors are beautiful (just as pictured). Truly cannot recommend this enough. Also recommend buying a nail kit bag too (the ones that are made specifically to hold the UV light and tools and have little compartments for the polishes). Love love love!!! Ps: if you have any funky nails that bother you, you can buy clear press-ons on Amazon (fingers or toes!) and *good quality* nail glue, and paint the press on just like the other nails with the gel polish and UV light and it works great. My big toe press on has been going strong for 2 weeks!

I do love this lamp and colors. It does not last very long as it peels off if not applied correctly. I'm still learning how to use these. Definitely have used this already a few times just takes practice.

This was by far my most favorite purchase during quarantine. The only thing I’m mad about is the fact that I didn’t get it sooner. It comes with SO much stuff for the price, and everything is great quality. I love the colors I selected (see photos) and am excited about getting more Beetles polishes. I even did a pedicure that turned out better than salon quality; did it the exact same way as my nails and just put the lamp on the floor to cure. I am a nail polish junkie and have a million regular polishes, but honestly don’t see myself using anything but this kit for a very long time. Highly recommend, in case you couldn’t tell!

I had been hesitant about purchasing a gel nail kit and having to do it myself since I’m not the best at doing my own nails haha. The Beetles kit was so well put together and quick and easy to use! I was shocked at how good my nails looked after even after doing them myself! The only dislike would be the UV light is super hot if you put your fingers in too far. Will definitely be buying more from the Beetles brand! :)
