Anyone who does not give this amp a 5 star review does not understand what it is. Let me clear up a few common misconceptions that people may have.1. 30 Watts does not mean more volume. For example: a Vox AC30, 30 watt amp, will blow the doors off most concert halls with no problem. This should never be compared to a 30 watt solid state amp. This little amp is MORE than enough for bedroom use, or even a small coffeehouse kind of gig. It's actually too loud for me to turn up all the way in my home.2. This is an FRFR amp; which means flat rate flat response. That means there is no added 'fluff' to the sound. It would put out the signal exactly as it is imputed. Most bluetooth speakers (bose, sony, beats) add a lot of bass and treble additives to the sound to make it sound fuller and richer. This should NOT be compared to those. A FRFR speaker is meant to output the sound AS IS. No additives. If you want additives, you'll have to add them some other way.What I love:1. Wireless battery lasts forever. Love it.2. Speaker is VERY well built. Professional grade quality. Better than I expected for the price range.3. Bluetooth speaker sounds great (not better than my Bose). Just turn up the base and tone knobs.4.
