Delicious!
This needs to be as common as ketchup. It really perks up my rice and chicken dish.

Delicious and it is actually spicy
This is the same sauce that is being used by the Publix I go to for the sweet and spicy chicken tenders. This is legit for real spicy, it is nothing like the other "spicy" stuff. It is delicious and can be used for so many other dishes.

Sweet, tangy, spicy
This Ventura Foods Sauce Craft honey sriracha sauce comes in a half gallon bottle with a regular threaded cap (not a flip top etc.). It's a sauce that includes sriracha which gives it a nice spicy, garlicky kick, but it is more sweet than spicy, and in fact sugar is the first ingredient. It is thick and translucent, and reminds me very much of bottled Chinese sweet and sour sauce, but this is spicier. It is very tasty, but I will say the fact that it's made with tomato paste strikes me as a bit of an odd match with sriracha. So far we've tried this for dipping chicken strips, on french fries, and as a hamburger condiment and all of these applications were very good. Next I'm going to try it as a sauce for meatballs (probably made with ground pork), which I think will be a great application for this sauce.

Good on everything
I have to start by saying I'm not a really big sauce or dip guy. I occasionally dip my fries into ketchup or put mustard on my hot dogs, but I dont have a pantry full of condiments. In my younger days, when I discovered Sriracha, I used to put that on everything. My stomach does not allow me to do that anymore. When I tried this sauce, I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. It has just the right amount of sweet, tangy, and spicy. If you are from the D.C. area, you might be familiar with mumbo sauce. It's kind of like that but much better. Even the consistency on this just right, not too thick and not too thin. So far, I have tried this on scrambled eggs, fries, burgers, and even as a veggie dip. It has been great with everything. This is a great tasting sauce, and I'm sure many would agree.
