This item wasn’t quite right for my elderly mother but it was a good quality product. The service was excellent. I had no problem getting a refund even though the company is based in the US, which was processed before the product was received. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again.

Very sturdy - Built strong - fits over toilet perfectly. Super, super easy to assemble - No tools needed. Very ingenious. I ordered one, tested a few days, then ordered a second one for other bathroom.

The Cadillac of safety rails! I researched which product was the best and found this one. It was more expensive than some others but is adjustable, sturdy, easy to use after spinal surgery to help me fearlessly transfer from a walker. It was easy to assemble, and very stable.
