Does help alleciate pain. Material used is a solid felling. They look good. ××× That Being Said, They are a whole size shorter than avertised×××× I wear a size 14, and though these say they go to size 14, these are fitted for a size 13. So my to toes hang over the edge of the insole leaving irritation. All other Dr Scholl's insoles fit my shoes perfectly, but these don't. My wife usually has to trim the size 10 insoles to fit her size 9 shoe, but not in these. The size 10 fits her size 9 perfectly. Again. Meaning they are shorter than advertised. So buy accordingly. I wish theyade a size 15 then my fit would be perfect. My wife lives tha. And will only buy these now.
