Great steam cleaner with a few improvements to last model,it is the third Vax steam cleaner we have had over the years,simple to use and very efficient, can't imagine being without it,great multi purpose machine.

This is our second Vax steamer as the last one wasn't good this is much better good performance

Overall, I’m really pleased with this steam mop. I’ve used it a few times now and it does a great job – my floors come up really clean and fresh each time. I’ve even used it on my oven, and it worked really well for that too, which was a nice bonus. It’s not completely perfect though. It can be a bit fiddly to use, especially when you’re getting used to it, and the detergent tank doesn’t seem to work consistently – it’s a bit hit and miss, which is slightly frustrating. Pros: • Cleans floors really effectively • Versatile – works well on other areas like the oven • Good overall results Cons: • Slightly fiddly to use • Detergent tank can be unreliable Overall, a great cleaning performance, just a couple of small improvements needed.

Good quality and value for money. The cord is flexible with a good length and easy to wrap for storage. It comes with a bottle of solution, cleaning mats and different attachments for different cleaning jobs. its lightweight so easy to manoeuvre. I like the scrubbing head which releases from the main steamer head, good for stubborn marks on the kitchen floor.

My windows have never been as streak free so that a 5 star but starts to drop after this, it's big, bulky, shaky and fall over on its self, there is no hook for the very long cord and the actual window took moves about all over the place when you attach it so cleaning the windows was a chore but worth it, the position of the steam and handle make it awkward to use too and there needs to be an easier way to have all the attachments without having to have a big separate bag, it's does the job it says it does so can't fault that but overall it needs to be better, to bulky and awkward.

Bought this November 2025, used it about six times, when I was using it today 12th May 2026 the handle broke, item is useless now and can't return

I’ve been using the Vax Steam Fresh Home mop for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly made my cleaning so much easier. The steam heats up super quickly, and I love that I can detach the handheld unit to clean everything from windows to upholstery. The 11 accessories are super handy, and I especially love the steam boost function for those stubborn spots. Plus, it’s great knowing it kills 99.9% of bacteria. It’s really convenient, eco-friendly with its washable pads, and leaves my floors sparkling clean every time. Highly recommend if you're looking for an effective steam cleaner!
