Great product and customer service!
This is a great milk frother. It is strong, and the battery lasts long. I had an issue where my stopped working after 8 months. I reached out to customer service that offers a 2-year warranty, and they sent a replacement the next day.

The best hand frother
UPDATE: I bought this hand mixer in July 2025 and used it almost every day. It’s an incredibly good product, durable, reliable, and very easy to use. It comes with a charger, and the battery lasts a long time also it included a metal stand to hold it. Sadly it stopped working about a week ago (April 2026), but the best part is that it comes with a two-year warranty. It was very easy to contact customer support via email, they responded the same day, and I received a free replacement just a few days later. The new unit is the same product with the same accessories, but instead of just a stand, it now comes with a charging base, which is a fantastic and very practical upgrade. This is the best hand frother I’ve ever purchased. Even after almost a year of use, the accessories are still in perfect condition, and the customer service was excellent. I 100% recommend it.

Really powerful and reliable Milk Frother
I’m very happy with this frother and do recommend it to everyone! The frother is super powerful, stylish, aesthetically pleasant and what’s most important it is backed up by an amazing team of engineers and technicians in the background absolutely dedicated to, addressing and instantly implementing any issues reported by the customers! Their 2-year return back policy is just amazing! When my first frother started to randomly shut off and then eventually stopped working completely, I contacted the Team immediately. Within 3 days I received another, brand new frother (same colour as my old one) with completely new and improved logic board that fixed all the issues. The Team is truly amazing and is really working hard to provide the best and most reliable product. I do support them in their efforts and would like to encourage everyone to invest in them as well! :o)
