If you are looking for a toilet seat for your toddler this one is perfect! We tried a few others and this is the best because 1. Magnetic pull to get the seat down so littles with developing motor skills can easily set up on their own. Others we tried had a lift then pull; way too cumbersome when you are trying to hold your pee in. 2. Soft closure. 3. Always returns to the adult seat. Great for having guests over. They don’t have to mess with a toddler toilet seat in the way (just the stool). 4. Splash guard above and below. This is wonderful for boys!! Without a splash guard below if they sit some pee inevitably leaks out the toilet making a mess. 5. Rounded edges make cleaning easier.

This combo toilet seat is the best I have found. It is so sturdy and doesn’t come loose or wobble at all. The magnet is strong for when the toddler seat doesn’t need to be in use. The toddler seat doesn’t stick out too far when it’s up so it’s still comfortable for everyone else to use the toilet. Has a soft close so no pinched fingers when the toddler seat is put down. I love that you can remove the toddler seat as butts get bigger and it’s no longer needed, so you don’t have to buy a whole new seat all over again. This was money well spent for my household!

Blown away by the stability and materials. Easy to install. When using, it immediately lifts the toddler seat with the toilet lid for adult easy use which is not an issue as my toddler loves to pull the toddler seat down. The splash guard is a nice feature for toddler boys. I really enjoy this item as it allows us to immediately start potty training with a toilet and not a potty chair thus making potty training much easier and not having to clean out a pan after every use. It is also not a waste of money as it can be utilized past the potty training stage. It also doesn’t take up any additional space. Definitely think every household should have at least one of these toilet seats in it. You will need to get a step stool so toddler can independently get on the toilet; however, a step stool is multifunctional for allowing them to get to the sink for hand washing, brushing teeth, amongst other tasks.

This toilet seat is AWESOME. It’s solidly built, perfect for both kids AND adults, and looks great. I love the slow close feature, and it’s sturdy enough that I never worry about it breaking or shifting. I only have one small wish: I would love to have some kind of rubber or silicone seal on the bottom of the kids seat, so when a kid is sitting on it there’s a seal between the big and little seat, preventing leaks when peeing. But honestly that was such a rare thing that it’s not a big deal. I love this thing enough that I’m buying another one for the house we just moved into.

I wish I would have found this when we first started potty training our son! I was looking for a replacement for the one we had and decided to give this a chance and I'm glad I did. It was relatively easy to install. At first, I installed it without the grips and it was super easy, but once I realized I missed a step, it was a little more difficult. 1) the grips aren't pre-installed into the base and getting them in there and to stay was rather difficult especially when you're trying to adjust the seat, and 2) it was difficult to adjust the toilet seat because the grips work so well. I like the grips, but they made it difficult to do a lot. The fit was perfect for our seat and appears to be of good quality and sturdiness. The lid has some resistance when opening and closing, which I appreciate as a sort of safety feature so my 1 year old can't open and close it easily. Again, this is the perfect seat for potty training considering once you're done and your child needs the adult seat, you can remove the potty training seat and either save it or throw it away!

We have autistic twins and a 5-year-old who has always been afraid of using the regular toilet, and this seat has made a huge difference. Thought could help the parents out there looking into this...I recommend it! My toddler has been wanting to go on the big potty now thanks to the kids seat. She's 2.5 and feels secure when sitting on it. The splash guard is nice because even little girls can squirt pee forward sometimes if they aren't angeled right or trying to watch themselves (learning how their body works, lol). The magnet works great so it holds the kids seat out of way when adults are using it, but it too strong that toddler can't pull it down. I also really like the slow/quiet close. We love in a condo so have neighbors below and this gives me more peace that she's not slamming the lid down & affecting the neighbors below. It fits on the elongated toilet well and is adjustable back & forth when setting it up. Set up was easy & directions were straight forward and adequate. I had been a little concerned before I purchased because the extra height is the lid to accommodate the splash guard on the kids seat but it looks great and it's sturdy. Overall it's great and I may be ordering a 2nd for the other bathroom. Recommend.

We have 2 of these now, for each bathroom. They were so easy to install. One is round, one is elongated. My toddler loves using the “big potty” with these little seats. She can put hers down no problem, but the magnets are sturdy enough too to keep it up when not needed. Easy to clean. The splash guard is so great, that’s what really sets these apart from the others. They are more expensive, but they’re worth every dollar spent, especially if it makes potty training a bit easier. I think they will last us many years.
