The chair is amazing and comfortable. It's easy to assemble and feels great to sit on.

I bought this ergonomic chair from Astride yesterday and assembly was easy for me. I liked the ergonomic design and the seat cushioning which is firm and helpful in lower back pain issues because I am having disc bulge issues. Sitting is comfortable and lumbar support is decent as well given the price. Adjustable handrest and headrest works fine, gas lift also with lock and unlock features for recliner. Packing was smooth and well maintained, on time delivery as well. One of the handrest is just a little bit of loose but that's not a major issue, works fine. Minor dust mark on the seat which is understood. Overall it's a good purchase for me in this budget.

Everything with the chair is fine. The packaging was also good at the time of delivery. There are only two issues: 1. The metal base of the chair is not steel; it just looks like steel. I'm posting this review after 8 months, and within this time, much rust has formed on it. It would be better if the company had provided painted ones rather than these. 2. The seat is slightly tilted forward, so when you sit on it, it feels as though you're sliding forward and might slip off onto the floor, I have also attached a image in this review to explain this.

Really good but I saw an ad for a refined version of this chair with more specs for 5500. It's easy to assemble. Everything was included in the box. The condition was perfect and the instructions were clear and it's very comfortable but the neckrest might be a little high if youre short. It's stable and the wheels are insanely smooth and the entire thing is plastic except the the fabric and the nuts. The pump to change the height is vry good and the armrests have 3 different heights

Assembly was easy just there's no Rlock on reclining feature.

Came pre-assembled but wrapped in plastic bags, so I had to take it apart and reassemble it. Who does that? It would be better to just deliver it fully disassembled. Now I’m forced to disassemble and reassemble it again, trying not to damage anything in the process. Why??? For almost 400 AED, the build quality is so poor — it even smells like cow manure. Some screws are already rusty. Seriously, can’t you at least keep the screws in an oiled package?

Good chair, comfortable only issue head rest and hand rest if only it could be more moveable it wouldve been 5stars. Great value for mkney.
