Clean and must have
I love these clean, pre-probiotics. I have taken them during pregnancy and feel like they make a difference with my gut health. I think this is a great brand, especially her probiotic that you do not have to refrigerate. There’s no taste, the pill size is relatively normal and I’ve never had any side effects.

Starts working day one.
So far so good. Day number 3. Years of gut issues, GERD, slow gut, constipation, and extreme bloating. I can feel it helping by the fit of my clothes. I am only doing one per day for now, I may increase after a week or two. Cheaper than the other products I looked into so I am glad its working. It has an earthy smell and it's slightly minty during the swallow.

I have been taking this for about 6 weeks consistently. I haven’t seen or felt any changes physically. They have a horrible taste. I am going to finish my second bottle but I will probably look for something else after.
