Helps fingernails.
Works great on your fingernails. I only take twice in a week because my fingernails get too hard and cutting them is difficult.

This 50+ multivitamin is one of the best thing ever happened to me. As a woman in her 50s I am very happy I had started taking it because it had helped me tremendously offset what might have been a chaotic time of going through menopause.. it’s been five years and I never run out of getting this vitamin. It does help with my hair and my skin and I believe this is one of the things that help to regulate my mood in a more positive way. People usually say that I look so much younger than my age and this is one of the things that might have help.. there is no unpleasant taste or smell and you can swallow it is a small pill to take. These MULTI VITAMINS... Go 'down' AND stay 'down'
Some of us JUST can't keep vitamins 'down'. But this formulation seems to go 'down' AND stay 'down'! No funky 'after-taste', either. I cut the vitamin in two (its a little "big" for me to swallow)... chug a bit of protein powder shake, and I'm out the door! THANKS NATURE MADE!
