Did the job, but not sure the "4 degree" detail is true. It should give a slight bit more rotation, but the ratchet mechanism isn't completely solid and doesn't engage before slipping a tooth or two. Hard to explain. Overall, good finish and functionality. (Note- a Snap On version of this is $60)

Solid, well made 15/16 Wrench
This wrench is very well built and has a fine click range to allow you to work in tight places. The finish is very nice and it's long enough to provide plenty of torque to the bolt or nut. The ratchet head swivels a little over 90 degrees both ways to handle pretty much any situation.
