I didn’t get my cotton I got the other things in my order but this rope said it was delivered and it wasn’t is there anything I can do

About 8mm I would say. I use it for vape coils and I can cut a section off and split it and get two wicks for 3.5mm coils.

What is the diameter of the cotton?

I can't say what the diameter of the cotton is. I do know from extensive experience that if you divide on strand right down the middle, it's the perfect amount for dual 3mm coils. This cotton is clean, virtually no break in, and wicks fast. This is the only cotton I use.
