Taste and texture are wonderful. Macronutrient profile is perfect. Micronutrient content (vitamins and minerals) is extensive. Anything else? Yes; it tastes great mixed with just water. And you can mix it easily in a hand-held shaker. Price? Let's just say, my family is pretty provident when it comes to expenditure, and we've bought eight of these. So far.
