### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pleasant Taste, Extremely Effective, Consistent Potency

I must supplement Niacinamide daily but am required to use smaller doses 3 times a day in addition to the Niacinamide in my multivitamin. This product is perfect for that purpose. It does not require dilution in a fluid as it has a very pleasant taste and my doctor is happy with my serum niacin levels. This is not niacin, so no flushing sensation. Be aware, Niacinamide interferes with Thyroid Binding Globulin, (but far less than niacin) so it's best to take your Niacinamide 2 hours before or after your thyroid medicine. 1 dropper=1ml=16mg. Interestingly, the Niacinamide in a half dropper (8mg) is quickly metabolized into Seratonin which causes a rapid onset and maintainence of sleep... Using the 60:1 average metabolic conversion rate in humans, I determined 8mg is the equivalent of tryptophan 500mg (which I am sadly unable to take). At bedtime, I take my half dropper and am asleep within 20 minutes or less. Keep refrigerated to maintain potency after opening.
