Good without wings
Good for heavy bleeding but they are without wings and cause rashes during less flow. Otherwise they are like cushion. If you got stitches... they will provide a soft mattress type feeling. But Still I would suggest them only for heavy days.

Heavy flow- you need this
If you have very heavy bleeding during your periods, you certainly need this only. I have fibroid and have extremely heavy flow. After suffering for 2-3 years I have ultimately found the best pads. They are thick but soft and comfortable to use. Tape at the back looks inadequate but it keeps the pad in place. No wings and still it's the best. If the Whisper XXXL pad doesn't help. You will definitely love this one.
