Highly recommend this text for managers of all backgrounds. Fluidly written. Love the structure- sectioned and bite size for a busy schedule. Tools within are must for all managers! Should not be kept a secret.

I've had the privilege to be taught directly by the Author, a very charismatic and humble person.The author has vast experience and very nice way of teaching and making sure you come out energized and equipped with the right tools.I've also had the privilege of reading the book Being and Agile Leader-Manager by Catherine! A book packed with real life examples which you will be able to relate too in your day-to-day life and practical tips and exercises that will make you a more complete person.If you apply the techniques described by the author, you will not only change your life but the life of people around you!

I am currently writing my dissertation about Leadership and Management and have been in need of a lot of literature. It's striking how such a practical matter can be put in such hard and not very understandable phrases. I struggled with the literature until I found this book which can be even interesting to read for somebody who isn't concerned by the topic. I read most chapters just for fun. Especially chapter 7 about how to by an effective Manager helped me a lot -more even with my personal management-style than with my dissertation.I can recommend this book to everyone who isn't looking for something theoretical but for a guidebook to lean on while managing anything.

A thought provoking read, which really made me look at all aspects of my Managerial style. I would highly recommend this to you no matter how long you have been in a Management role or whatever level of Management you are responsible for, Thank you Catherine!

A really practical read! A book which has lots of application.I have already started implementing some of the suggestions with some great results.A must read for all manager- leaders!

A great book for all leader-managers. Book is structured into bite size chunks and is really easy to follow and read. Also makes it easy to come back to sections and dip in and out as required.
